Do you freeze your cakes?

No, at Lillian Duba's each cake is made fresh 1-2 days prior to the event. 

What are 3D/Sculpted Cakes?

A 3D sculpted cake is a cake basically brought to life. These cakes require time and careful construction to make them as realistic as possible. Each sculpted cake is made with all edible materials to create a unique cake that will always be remembered.

Are 3D cakes expensive?

These cakes start off at $250.00 and go up depending on the design and most importantly the construction of the cake. 

What if I am on a budget?

We will work with any budget to make your dream cake come true. Everyone deserves a cake to remember.

Is all of the artwork painted or stenciled on the cakes?

Any drawing or character is hand painted onto a paper thin piece of fondant using edible food color then applied to the cake. 

What if I have a food allergy?

Unfortunately we are unable to alter any of our recipes to accommodate food allergies.

Can I pick up my cakes, cookies, or cupcakes?

We deliver all products to ensure they arrive undamaged.

How do I place an order?

There are many factors that go into creating a custom cake. The best way is to send us an email with the following information:

1. Date of Event
2. Delivery time and location
3. Event,Theme,Occasion
4. Number of people cake will be feeding
   
5. Telephone number
6. Email Address
7. Ideas and description of cake you might have in mind

How far in advance do I need to give for ordering a cake?

All of our cakes require at least 2 weeks notice. For weddings and 3D cakes please call and check for availability. Our policy here at Lillian Duba's is Attention To Detail and we want each of our cakes to show this. Unfortunately there are times we do have to turn orders down due to our schedule being full, if this occurs we will be more than happy to refer you to another bakery.   

Will I get to see an idea of what my cake will look like?

Yes, a sketch of your cake will be sent to you for final approval. At this time you can make any last minute changes before your cake is started.

When do I pay for my order?

A 50% non refundable deposit will be required when the order is placed and any remaining balance will be due 1 week prior to delivery.

Do you offer consultations/tastings?

Yes we do offer consultations and tastings on Saturdays and Sundays between 8:00a.m. and our last appointment is at 10:00a.m.. There is a $30.00 fee and you can bring up to 4 people you will also be able to sample up to 4 flavors of your choice. 

Do you supply cake stands?

No, but we are willing to rent one to you with a $75.00 deposit. This deposit is fully refundable as long as the stand is returned undamaged and within 24 hours after your event. 

What type of payment do you accept?

Payment can be made by cash or check. A $35.00 fee will be issued for any returned checks. You can also make your payment by PayPal located on the Payments Page.
